I
had a cup of tom yum goong soup the other day. While I was eating the soup, I
smelled something familiar. It was lemongrass.
Lemongrass is used as
aromatherapy oil as well. It’s
recommended for when you are very tired that it would refresh your mind and
body. If you use it as massage
oil, it would drain excessive fluid from your body and relieve pain or
inflammation.
